#23 & Buckwheat Noodle Soup

Where have I been for the last 4 days?! I have been here and so busy with life. I did not even weigh myself until today morning.
Weight 218.2 lbs
I worked out on Saturday- Spin class
Worked out Monday- Treadmill- 40 mins
                                   Cross Trainer 10 mins
Worked out today- 6:30 PM Spin Class
After the spin class I ate egg white omlette with the soup broth and few veggies and NO noodles.
