What weight loss!!
I have thrown my weight loss efforts to the curb! I had no desire to do anything about it. I ate, gorged on sugar, developed a pot belly and have hardly exercised these past few months. Now I want to get back on track. I hate my belly!!! Its been over a week that I have avoided sugary foods. I am a sugar addict who cannot stop once I start. So the only way is to avoid it completely.
I want to get back to the gym and make another effort to run a race maybe a 5K or a 10K! Most importantly, I want to be able to balance going to the gym and everything else that I need to do. I have not done it so far.
From Wednesday I want to be at the gym at 5:00AM or 5:30AM. I also want to go to the gym 4 days a week.
I will let you know if I have been able to do it this coming week.

I am BAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!

OK! Happy New year! I am going to lose another 20 lbs this year! I am here to talk about my weight. It is creeping back up and I am generally not too concerned EXCEPT when I have to get ready and wear something decent to go out!
But my brain knows this is no good at all.
I am going to have to jump back on that live healthy wagon before it is too late.
Let me pat myself on the back for losing 20Lbs last year and keeping that off.
I had lost more but did not keep that off.
Steps to lose weight this year
* Go to gym/work out at home or go to bootcamp that I signed up for on Livingsocial.com but have not yet redeemed!
* Stop eating past 7:00PM
*Cut back on bread and other unnecessary carbs like ice cream!
* Think about health and being there for my kids.
