Again I was bad with me eating...not bad food, but I went overboard with carbs and some careless eating.
NO EXercise againa and I don't know about tmrw. It is going to snow here.

I am glad that my weight has not increased since I have not been working out and my food consumption has been careless!
Today I had a Dunkin Donuts low fat blueberry muffin( my weakness), Coffee
Then for lunch I had Chinese...Garlic Chicken, Brown Rice and Hot and Sour Soup(SO good for my sore throat)
Dinner 2 packs of veggie chips and Tea!
Choice of food not the best what so ever!!
NO working out today either.
The good news is I feel better health wise...still coughing a little BUt better! I hope I can find it in me to make it to the gym tmrw.

#31 and Vegetable Curry

I have been terrible today. Did not workout again because I have a terrible cold and sore throat. Tylenol did not help the sore throat!
Also I forgot to weight myself early morning.
I ate a lot of snack foods...NOT good!
I made Vegetable Curry for dinner.

Suffering from a terrible SORE throat! AHHH!

Todays diet has been BAD...I did not eat anything unhealthy...I stuffed my face with bananas, other stuff, because of sleep deprivation...6 month old baby has been sick...If you are a parent you know how that is.
NO exercise.
Hope to workout Tmrw.


Fell asleep again but I am up at 3:00AM to Blog! NOt really! My little one is sick and that means little or no sleep for me.

So I went to my gym today and got my Body Fat% measured...It is 36.6%
Obese! I am happy it is not 47%
Now my goal for this year is to go down to 29% atleast.
This is a health issue.
I ate pizza for a late lunch and then no dinner.
Breakfast...Brown rice+veggies+egg whites.
Some Almonds as snack.
One cup coffee made with soy milk.
Exercise--low intensity pilates.

I thought my BMI was around 34. Obese range, I know!
My husband has a machine that calculates BMI and it showed my BMI as 47.8!!!! What is that?? Is there a term for that?! I chose not to believe that. I believe what the BMI calculators on the web tell me.

Dinner Brown rice, lentil and radish salad with some dressing + Potatoes, carrots, beans, corn, peas on the side
Snacked on Almonds and raisins through out the day.
Worked out...Crazy spinning class.

I missed blogging yesterday...just got busy with baby and other stuff.
Yesterday's weight was 220.6- Ate ice cream and no exercise.
Today's weight 219.6
Went spinning in the morning. I struggled through the class.
Ate ice cream again.
B/f Egg white omlette sandwich+ 2 pancakes.
Had lentils, brown rice, veggies and chicken sausage for lunch.
Mushroom, peppers flat bread pizza and fish sticks for dinner.

Saw my OBGYN but he is not sure what is up. He suspects it is my thyroid.

Dinner Subway 3/4 of a footlong+ one chocolate bar... still feel stuffed as I write this entry. Snacked on two oranges and almonds during the day.
NO exercise again...will see doc tmrw and know if the issue with me is something to worry about.
Life goes on.

Weight 219.8 (NO WAyyyy!)
Had a 9:45 AM blood test today to get my thyroid hormones and TSH checked since I was off the medication for over a month and it was just time for the test.
10:30 AM b/f Egg white omlette with some skim mozerella
Snacked on some almonds, kiwi
3/4 bar of dark chocolate
Snacked on Orange
Dinner later than usual, 8:15PM pasta with meat sauce and veggies...did not watch my portion here!
Also no exercise
Was not feeling good today...will be seeing my gynec on Thursday...I feel there is something wrong with me gyneologically!!
I truly never want to see 220s again but I get the feeling I will especially since I have not exercised...I have been unable to!

snacked on some spirulina + dark chocolate

NO exercise today

Lunch 1:30 eggs,chicken sausage+ brown rice+ french lentils
snack strwberry yogurt
Dinner 6:30 Buckwheat noodles w/ bokchoy, carrots,chicken sausage, onions, garlic, thai tom yom seasoning
Snack Strawberry yogurt
Diet wise I did so-so...did not go out to eat like most Sundays but I did eat a lot of carbs. NO exercise today.

Lunch 1:30 Brown rice+ French Lentils
Dinner 5:00PM 1/3 flat bread pizza ( will post recepie to this and french lentils one of these days), brown rice+ tilapia, 2 Kiwis
Went to the Barnum and Bailey Circus tonight with family. Noshed on Cotton Candy!!!
Snack 10:00PM a banana

Exercise- cross trainer at gym 500 calories+40 mins spin (very happy with myself :)

Weight 221.0 (weight taken after drinking some water and eating a banana and after a 45 min SPIN class!!!)
B/f - Honey nut cheerios+ walnuts+ soy milk
9:30AM egg white omlette sandwich
Lunch-12:00PM Brown rice+french lentils+ 2 chicken sausages
Snack- raisins+ organes+ 1/2 whole wheat flat bread with some mayo
Dinner _8:40PM_----------A whole beef burrito with guac+ pico di gayo+ some tortilla chips with salsa
                            Diet coke--- first time I have had that in over 10 years!!!!!!!!! I was stressed out or else I would have never ordered a diet coke.
THE redeeming thing for me is that I started going to the gym today....I had 'frozen' my membership and 'unfroze' it today and took a 6:00AM spin class.
I think my weight will be through the roof tmrw because of my DINNER :(

Grazing on banana, raisins, walnuts, kiwi
4:30 Low fat blue berry yogurt
4:45 Grilled tilapia, bok choy and mushrooms in a wrap with some mayo
7:00 Blueberry yogurt
Didn't drink much water today
NO exercise again!!

NO exercise
Had a doctor's appointment.

Tomorrow March 9, 2011, I am starting a challenge for myself. The intention is to blog daily for 50 days. In the blog I want to mention my morning weight first thing out of bed, my diet for the day and exercise or the lack of it.
I intend to blog before going to bed.
At the end of my 50 days I will have a record of how good or bad I have been in regards to what I ate and also exercise and others can also assess the record.
I hope I have had more good days than bad at the end of it. Also it would be great if I could shed some lbs!
I will be counting down the days so my first blog will be #50.
I have a doctor's appt tmrw...haven't seen a physician in a while. Did see my OB in September. I am out of my thyroid medication now for over a month!

Update about why there were no updates.

I have been baaaad! Foodwise and exercisewise. It started out with me not working out for a few days and then my diet went off track and to top it off I pulled a muscle in my back below my scapula. I gained 2 lbs. NOt Thrilled at all about  the weight gain. I hope to get back on track ASAP. My back is better, still sore but better.
I am thinking about applying to grad school to study biotechnology.
When I do not blog regularly you can be almost sure I am doing bad in regards to my weight loss efforts.
