Fell asleep again but I am up at 3:00AM to Blog! NOt really! My little one is sick and that means little or no sleep for me.
Weight 218.6
B/f Fish sticks
Oatmeal w banana and raisins
Coffee with soy milk
Snack- Oranges, almonds
Lunch Egg whites+ Brown rice+ Lentils
Dinner Baked fish and Raosted Potatoes, mushrooms and tomatoes
NO exercise
