B/f oatmeal with raisins and brown sugar(!)
Lunch pasta with ground beef+ veggies+ lentils+ rice+ shrimp
South Asian snacks
Dinner flat bread pizza, pop corn
NO exercise
Saw my OBGYN but he is not sure what is up. He suspects it is my thyroid.
