Weight 221.4
B/f tea with 1% milk
     and egg white sandwich w/ peanut butter
Lunch 12:30 wrap made with some left over buckwheat noodles+ veggies+ egg whites
snacked on some spirulina + dark chocolate
Dinner home made pizza made with flat bread and oranges+ kiwi fruit salad
NO exercise today

Tomorrow I have a blood test.
