B/f egg white roll up.

Lunch Dosa-3+ egg white omlette
Dinner Lentils Brown rice with Barley, Fish sticks, Oranges,Flat bread with Jelly (I was hungry)
Treadmill 30 mins
Cross trainer/Stepper-28mins
Bicycle-20mins
