B/f egg white roll in flat bread
Lunch Brown rice lentils, Carrots
Dinner Brown rice, lentil and radish salad with some dressing + Potatoes, carrots, beans, corn, peas on the side
Snacked on Almonds and raisins through out the day.
Worked out...Crazy spinning class.
