Weight 221.6 ( NOT as bad as I expected it to be!)
6:00AM instant coffee made with Vanilla soymilk
Breakfast 9:45AM honey nut cheerios, Egg white omlette sandwich
Snack Banana
Lunch 1:30 Brown rice+ French Lentils
Dinner 5:00PM 1/3 flat bread pizza ( will post recepie to this and french lentils one of these days), brown rice+ tilapia, 2 Kiwis
Went to the Barnum and Bailey Circus tonight with family. Noshed on Cotton Candy!!!
Snack 10:00PM a banana

Exercise- cross trainer at gym 500 calories+40 mins spin (very happy with myself :)
