I missed blogging yesterday...just got busy with baby and other stuff.
Yesterday's weight was 220.6- Ate ice cream and no exercise.
Today's weight 219.6
Went spinning in the morning. I struggled through the class.
Ate ice cream again.
B/f Egg white omlette sandwich+ 2 pancakes.
Had lentils, brown rice, veggies and chicken sausage for lunch.
Mushroom, peppers flat bread pizza and fish sticks for dinner.
