In 2011, like so many well meaning individuals I have set my mind on losing weight! This will be where I post my weight intermittently and no matter what I will keep it honest about the good, bad and the inbetween.

OK!! My weight is not changing much! Weight 220.8( could be the ice cream)
Today we ate at Bhoj ( Indian restaurant).
Did not work out.
