So I went to my gym today and got my Body Fat% measured...It is 36.6%
Obese! I am happy it is not 47%
Now my goal for this year is to go down to 29% atleast.
This is a health issue.
I ate pizza for a late lunch and then no dinner.
Breakfast...Brown rice+veggies+egg whites.
Some Almonds as snack.
One cup coffee made with soy milk.
Exercise--low intensity pilates.
