9:00AM Egg white omlette sandwich with a dab of mayo
12:00 PM Brown rice+ lentils+ egg white omlette again
Grazing on banana, raisins, walnuts, kiwi
4:30 Low fat blue berry yogurt
4:45 Grilled tilapia, bok choy and mushrooms in a wrap with some mayo
7:00 Blueberry yogurt
Didn't drink much water today
NO exercise again!!
