Sunday is Church day.

At church- St.Pat cupcake, hershey chocolates-4, apple slices,tea
Lunch 1:30 eggs,chicken sausage+ brown rice+ french lentils
snack strwberry yogurt
Dinner 6:30 Buckwheat noodles w/ bokchoy, carrots,chicken sausage, onions, garlic, thai tom yom seasoning
Snack Strawberry yogurt
Diet wise I did so-so...did not go out to eat like most Sundays but I did eat a lot of carbs. NO exercise today.
