After Monday, I worked out today. Three days of nothing. Excuse: My hip was hurting from Monday. Maybe I pulled something. I did two DVDs today. P90X Cardio X and Jillian Michael's Biggest Winner Shape Up Front DVDs. Oh, I could not do justice to all the moves but I managed to hang in there.Thats what I mean by ' all or none!' I either do a lot or nothing at all.
About my diet...I am doing OK...trying to eat home made meals...had rice and kidney beans for dinner tonight. For lunch, spinach lasagne and breakfast a Dunkin Donuts low fat blueberry muffin( not home made:).
I snack on some almonds and raisins and today on a few goldfish( very unusual for me).
