So I signed up for a half marathon but I am not training for it!! I have not been able to. What am I thinking?! Maybe I can walk 13.1 miles on the day of the marathon. I want to run but most days I am washing dishes, making lunch, nusring a 5 month old, picking up my 6 yr old from school and taking 6yr old to violin lessons, helping with home work, teaching math, prayer time and then bed time. I try and squeeze a 35-45 mins exercise video in there some days! I need to run but I need a 30 hour day.
How do 'those' women do it??
Ahh! God help me manage my time and my energy!
