So not the big numbers I would have loved to see BUT I am not complaining...the way I ate I thought I would have gained atleast 6 lbs!
I am still not consistent with my workouts.
My goal for the next two weeks
Run 8 days out of 14
Exercise Videos- core and cardio+ strength 7 days out of 14
It goes without saying that I will be doing running and a video on the same day on some days!!
Also to stop eating past 7:30PM!!!!
Next weight in March 1st.
